They offer certified courses for positions with high demand like: digital marketing, web development, app design, coding, entrepreneurship, digital business, and many more. The solution: End to end on-line courses. Design of content structure of 24 courses equivalent to a two (2) years of learning | Design of the learning experience | Content design for 12 courses | Production of 320 hours of interactive learning including 2400 minutes of animation or 40 hours.

Production time: 8 months.

Production Team: a total of 40 experts mainly in SMSs, instructional design, graphic designers, 2D animators, broadcasters/narrators, and HTML developer.

THE CHALLENGE

NextU was stablishing its positioning on the market and increasing its commercial efforts, to succeed in their strategy they needed to develop a Digital Marketing program to consolidate themselves in the online learning market.

THE SOLUTION


We created, developed, and produced a complete on-line Digital Marketing learning program that includes 12 courses distributed in 48 units and 320 lessons, each lasting one hour. It is a learning experience aimed at students in LatAm. We focus on identifying real situations, challenges, and problems that a person faces when starting out in the world of digital marketing. Based on this, the learning activities that were designed for each lesson included 2D animations, case studies, interactive challenges, evaluations focused on developing the criteria with short cases, specialized feedback for each possible response, and projects to be develop in real time with feedback from either a tutor or AI. Finally including a close narrative, of the real world and with a gender perspective, to promote the participation and leadership of all genders in the digital context.


We shape reality to create learning contents that encourage learning and place learners in context, to make the process closer, captivating, and dynamic. Contrary to custom we do not start by conceptualizing, instead we work with reverse design, we start by characterizing the reality of the industries, in this case digital marketing, then we focus on five basic elements: roles, challenges, situations, indicators and language. This becomes the fundamental input for the design of the structure and scripts of the examples, the analysis cases, activities, and evaluations, among others. We also support and train SMEs in our methodology, to create and validate the relevance of the learning content.

THE RESULTS

The digital marketing program has been NextU's most successful in its history, including Brazil where they entered a couple of years ago, with a Portuguese adaptation. It is highlighted in forums and social networks, for its structure, depth, and completeness. Since its launch, +50,000 students have completed the program in LatAm.
